Product Restrictions

Order Shack implements restrictions on the sale and delivery of certain items to ensure a high-quality user experience and comply with legal requirements. The list provided below, while not exhaustive, exemplifies the types of restricted items. Order Shack reserves the right to modify this list at its discretion and may remove, decline to list, or refuse to make delivery available for any items it deems unsafe or inappropriate. Restricted items include but are not limited to: people, wildlife, animals, or their remains/parts; illegal items and stolen goods; fireworks, explosives, firearms, weaponry, ammunition, and their parts, including information on manufacturing such devices; items promoting violent or illegal activities; sexually explicit or obscene adult materials; tobacco and vape products; prescription medicines; CBD products; recreational drugs or drug paraphernalia, including cannabis products, Kratom, or inhalants such as nitrous oxide; any single item over 50 lbs; any item prohibited for delivery without a permit or license under local laws; hazardous materials, except for ORM-D or limited quantity shipments that are Consumer Commodities and don't require placarding; money, gift cards, lottery tickets, or transferable securities; raw meats or shellfish for non-grocery partners; endangered animal or wildlife products; items that promote hate or terrorist groups; products claiming specific medical outcomes; counterfeit products; and any item likely to be seen as threatening, obscene, harassing, inappropriate, or in violation of Order Shack's terms or policies.
